Party Pricing

Our farm birthday parties run for two hours and are structured similar to our Playtime at The Ranch mornings.

Families will enjoy an educational meet and greet of the animals, garden activity or craft (supplies included), story-time, and farm snack. Children may help plant the garden, gather eggs, wash clothes the old fashioned way, and get messy playing in our mud kitchen. Parents are welcome to bring cake and/or snacks.

Pricing is also similar to our Playtime at the Ranch and comparable to local birthday attractions of this personal nature. You'll have the entire farm area to yourselves.

$350 for up to 10 children

$420 for up to 12 children

and so on

​

Non-walking siblings are free and are not included in this count.

​

Hosts may arrive thirty minutes before the start of their scheduled time to set up and may stay thirty minutes after for cleanup. 

​

Parties are booked depending on availability. Send a message to natalie@olivenhainfarms.com to check dates. Once reserved, a $100 deposit is required to hold the date. This deposit will be subtracted from your final payment. The balance is due one week prior to the scheduled party.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 72 hour notice if you need to cancel your booking. If under that time, your deposit is non-refundable.

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be a complete refund.

 

If rain is on the forecast we are happy to reschedule your party to another date.
