Friday, November 6th 6-8pm Self-Defense & Confidence Workshop with West Coast Martial Arts Academy (takes place at their studio in Encinitas) Thursday, December 3rd 6-8pm Volunteer Evening at Belmont Senior Living in Cardiff This session is FREE, but please RSVP by email. Thursday, January 21st 6-8pm Empowered Online - a digital wellness event with the Unplug Collaborative. Thursday, February 11th 6-8pm Self-Love & Sound Bowls with Clemencia of The Sanctuary Within.
