Join us as we create a space where mothers and daughters can learn, connect, and grow together- one campfire at a time! Thursday, September 18th 6-8pm EmPOWERed Puberty: An open conversation about how wonderfully magical our menstrual cycles + bodies can be with Brittney Ellers, PT, DPT, RYT. Friday, October 10th 5-7pm Self-Defense & Confidence Workshop with West Coast Martial Arts Academy (takes place at their studio in Encinitas) Thursday, November 6th 5-7pm Empowered Etiquette & Stories about Life with Sherry White Thursday, December 4th 6-8pm Volunteer Evening at Belmont Senior Living in Cardiff This session is FREE, but please RSVP by email. Thursday, January 15th 5-7pm Empowered Online - a digital wellness event with the Unplug Collaborative. Thursday, February 12th 5-7pm Self-Love & Sound Bowls with Clemencia of The Sanctuary Within.
