Friday, October 10th 5-7pm Self-Defense & Confidence Workshop with West Coast Martial Arts Academy (takes place at their studio in Encinitas) Thursday, November 6th 5-7pm Empowered Etiquette & Stories about Life with Sherry White Pricing is $29 each and covers snacks, program materials, and guest speaker.
