Moving into our third year of tween programming, we thought wouldn't it be great if we could kick off every season of Campfire Sessions with a mother-daughter retreat! Think dance parties under the stars, ice cream sundae bars, animal visits, pool, nature and art time, movie nights under the stars, and 3 empowerment workshops teaching movement, beauty and confidence plus of course, connection time around the fire.
Do not miss this beautiful kick off to the school year with your daughters where we prioritize connection, play and confidence building in a fun way.
Dates: Friday 8/21 - Sunday 8/23
Location: Bandy Canyon Ranch, Escondido
Who: Mothers and Daughters (age 9-13ish)
Hurry, because these cabins go fast! Here's how to book:
1. Book directly with Bandy Canyon (they do not offer refunds)
Rooms start at $400/night with a 2 night minimum but many rooms sleep 4-6
so buddy up with another family to make it more affordable!
2. After you've booked, forward your booking email to Karen (karen@thewyldflowerco.com) and Natalie (natalie@olivenhainfarms.com) and then Venmo @olivenhain_farms to confirm and you'll receive an email confirmation and access to our WhatsApp group.
Cost is $400 for mother/daughter duo ($200 each), with $100 per additional daughter. This fee includes all programming (ex. sound bowl facilitator, guest speakers, etc), coordination, materials, daily snacks, fireside s'mores, and ice cream sundae bar. Main meals will be eaten together and are a seperate fee.

Here is a tentative schedule of the weekend. Everything is thought out and organized for maximum fun, connection, and learning!
Friday night
4PM welcome circle + snacks
6PM shared dinner
7PM ice cream sundae bar
8PM dance party under the stars
Saturday
ala carte breakfast (hotel has a coffee/breakfast cart- or you can pack your own)
9AM empowered movement (yoga or other)
10AM - 12PM free time - pool, nature, animal time
(10:15 animal tour reservations have been made and are included)
12PM shared lunch (pack your own or order from restaurant)
1pm Empowered Friendship- bracelet making
2pm - 5pm free time - pool, nature, art
5pm- Empowered Beauty
(face mask, discussion of importance of reading ingredients, advertising, wants vs needs, etc)
6:30 pm Shared dinner (at restaurant) + s'mores + release in the campfire and why, conversation starters
8pm Outdoor movie night or other fun activity
Sunday

11AM closing circle
12PM surprise send home activity
